T-3 days to Vacation!!!

 We are taking the plunge!

Fleeing from wildfires, winter storms, infected CU Boulder students and the kerfuffle of the US gearing up for an imminent election, which will determine the trajectory of this divided country for at least another 4 years.

Cozumel here we come!!!

Mark and friends will be diving their hearts out, spotting all sorts of magical sea life by day. Dallice will be reading, doing yoga, snorkeling or walking the beach to recover her sanity and defragment her brain to make room for more real estate challenges upon return.  :-)

The vision is of warm humid sea air, unlimited lattes and tropical fruits, happy hours as the sun sets on the horizon and dinners together on the beachfront. Those little Mexican desserts that I love by the dozen and lots of ceviche will fill my plate and my belly!

And, perhaps the best part is that we'll have time and space to share with a small group of our traveling friends. Something that 2020 and a pandemic panic has stolen from us until now.

There is NO guilt on the horizon and I plan to take plenty of photos so that I may reflect on my good fortune all through the dark winter that is yet to blanket Colorado.

I will however, not be forgetting the kind souls who make this little escape possible. REALLY... it would be impossible without them!

Riya: For litterbox cleaning and cat meat serving. But mostly because she brings her rays of sunshine over to our house and shares her time willingly and enthusiastically with our beloved Rusty and Wrigley!

Dave: Because even though I will be somewhat available in Mexico, I love knowing this incredibly competent friend can handle property emergencies that Mexican Dallice would find challenging!

All of my current real estate clients, who understand that time off for me, is in the end, good for them too. I appreciate their understanding and patience and support.
