Spring along the Front Range... magical

Every spring is wonderful here. Could it be because the birds are singing raucously at 5am?  The flowers are in full bloom?  The hum of honey bees in the garden is in stereo?  Or simply that we have come to the end of a dark, prolonged period where snow may fall regularly, temps probably swung wildly, driving conditions tested us and my personal feet had forgotten what warm was like.

I'm loving the breaks in all too frequent rain this May. Using them to work in the garden, take a hike, show some houses .... to cavort with the kitties and hang with the neighbors.
